Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

  • Parents/Guardians must ensure that their children arrive at the Vidyapith within the prescribed school timings. Students must be present for the morning prayer.
  • Students will not be permitted to enter the school after the morning prayer. In case of unavoidable delay, entry may be allowed only with the permission of the concerned teacher or school authority.
  • Students must attend school wearing the prescribed school uniform.
  • Parents/Guardians must ensure that their children bring the required books, notebooks, stationery, and other study materials according to the daily school timetable.
  • Parents/Guardians must ensure that their children come to school in a clean, neat, and well-groomed condition.
  • Parents/Guardians should closely monitor their children's classwork and homework, ensure that lessons are being understood properly, and maintain regular communication with the teachers for guidance and support.
  • If any property or asset of the Vidyapith is damaged by a student, the cost of repair or replacement shall be borne by the student's parent or guardian.
  • Parents/Guardians must ensure that students do not bring or keep prohibited items such as mobile phones, music players, cameras, wristwatches, knives, scissors, blades, perfume, unnecessary money, gold or silver chains, rings, or similar valuables.
  • If a student remains absent from school for any reason, the parent or guardian must inform the school in writing.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure that their children attend all school functions, ceremonies, cultural programmes, and other important events organised by the Vidyapith.
  • Parents/Guardians should regularly review their children's academic progress. If adequate improvement is not observed, they should discuss the matter with the concerned teachers and seek their guidance.
  • Parents/Guardians are welcome to provide constructive suggestions and opinions for the improvement and development of the Vidyapith.
  • If a student faces any difficulty related to studies or other school matters, parents/guardians may report the issue to the school office with the relevant details.
  • Once the prayer bell rings, parents/guardians must not remain within the school campus. They may enter or remain on the premises only for official work related to the school office.
  • The monthly school fees must be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month. Failure to pay within the stipulated period will result in the applicable late fee being charged.
  • Parents/Guardians must send their children's tiffin with them from home at the time of arrival. Tiffin will not be permitted to be delivered later directly to the classroom.
  • Parents/Guardians should not directly approach teachers or other school staff regarding complaints, enquiries, or concerns. They are requested to communicate with the Head Teacher/Principal regarding such matters.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to maintain proper decorum and appropriate attire when visiting the Vidyapith. Entry to the school premises after consuming any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited. Clothing such as half-pants, lungis, bermudas, vests, or gamchas is not considered appropriate for visiting the Vidyapith.
