School Rules & Guidelines

  • Students must attend school wearing the prescribed school uniform.
  • Parents/Guardians of Pre-Primary (Nursery) students must bring their children to school and collect them after school hours.
  • It is mandatory for every student to attend the morning assembly and prayer before the commencement of school each day.
  • During class hours, parents/guardians are not permitted to meet students without the prior permission of the Head Teacher, except in cases of special necessity.
  • Students must not remain absent from school without a valid and satisfactory reason.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to pay special attention to their children's regular study habits and the completion of homework/assignments given by the school.
  • Once a year, the school may arrange an educational excursion/study tour for senior students, subject to convenience. The expenses for such educational tours shall be borne by the parents/guardians.
  • The prescribed school fees must be deposited between the 5th and 10th of every English calendar month. If the fees are not deposited within the specified period, a Late Fee of ₹10 for day scholars and ₹50 for residential students will be applicable.
  • If parents/guardians have any suggestions, concerns, or representations regarding school matters, they should contact the Head Teacher and submit their views in writing.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to cooperate fully with the school authorities in maintaining a healthy, disciplined, peaceful, and supportive environment within the Ashramic campus.
